Offer terms

These terms cover our November 2026 offers. Kultured Art Ltd, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

Gift card thank you: £10 / $10 for you

  • Buy a Kultured Art gift card of £50 or more (US: $50 or more) between 1 and 16 November 2026. The offer ends at 11:59pm on 16 November, UK time for UK orders and Eastern Time for US orders.
  • We'll email the buyer a separate, one-use code, usually within a few minutes: £10 off one order of £40 or more (US: $10 off one order of $50 or more).
  • The code is not added to the gift card's balance. The gift card and the code are two separate things.
  • Use the code by 31 January 2027 (11:59pm UK time; US: 11:59pm Eastern Time). It can't be used on gift cards.
  • One code per customer, however many gift cards you buy.

Early Access gift back: £15 / $20 back

  • Spend £100 or more in one order (US: $100 or more), after any discounts, between 9am on 17 November and 11:59pm on 25 November 2026 (UK time for UK orders, Eastern Time for US orders). We tell our email and SMS subscribers about Early Access first, and everyone else from 21 November.
  • Orders that include a gift card don't qualify.
  • We'll email you a code, usually within a few minutes: £15 off a future order of £60 or more (US: $20 off a future order of $80 or more).
  • Use it by 25 May 2027 (11:59pm UK time; US: 11:59pm Eastern Time). One use per customer. It can't be used on gift cards.

Black Friday: £30 off £150 / $40 off $200

  • £30 off orders of £150 or more (US: $40 off orders of $200 or more), taken off automatically at checkout. No code needed.
  • Runs from 8am on 26 November to 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, UK time for UK orders and Eastern Time for US orders.
  • The minimum spend is the order subtotal before delivery. Gift cards can't be bought with it.
  • One Black Friday discount per order. It can't be combined with other discounts or codes.
  • Gallery wall sets already carry their own set saving. On a gallery wall order you get whichever saving is bigger, not both.

Black Friday surge nights: £35 off £150 / $50 off $200

  • For our email and SMS subscribers. Use code LASTCALLUK (US: LASTCALL) on Friday 27 November and Monday 30 November, 6pm to 11:59pm each night, UK time for UK orders and Eastern Time for US orders. The code doesn't work outside those hours.
  • £35 off orders of £150 or more (US: $50 off orders of $200 or more).
  • A surge code replaces the Black Friday discount for that order. It doesn't add to it.
  • It can't be combined with other discounts or codes, and can't be used on gift cards.

For all offers

  • Codes can't be used with any other offer or discount code, including Black Friday, and can't be swapped for cash.
  • If the order that earned a code is cancelled or fully refunded, we may cancel the code.
  • If you return something you bought with a discount, we refund what you actually paid for it.
  • Free US & UK Delivery applies as usual.
  • If something goes wrong with an offer, we'll put it right or tell you as soon as we can.
