Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 5 - PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES AND GIFT CARDS

From time to time we run offers and send discount codes. Each offer has its own terms, shown where the offer is made and on our Offer terms page. If an offer's own terms differ from this section, the offer's terms apply.

• Unless an offer says otherwise, only one discount code or offer can be used per order, and codes can't be combined with other offers.
• Discount codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be used on gift cards.
• Codes sent to you personally are for your own use, and can be used once per customer unless the offer says otherwise.
• Offers and codes end at the date and time stated (UK time for UK orders and Eastern Time for US orders, unless the offer says otherwise). Expired codes can't be reissued or extended.
• If an order that earned a code or reward is cancelled or fully refunded, we may cancel that code or reward.
• If you return something you bought with a discount, we refund the amount you actually paid for it.
• We may refuse or cancel a code that has been shared publicly, copied, resold or used in a way that breaks its terms.
• If we make a mistake with an offer, such as a wrong price or amount, we'll tell you as soon as we can and put it right fairly.

Gift cards. Kultured Art gift cards are delivered by email and can be spent on kulturedart.com. They can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it, and can't be used to buy other gift cards. Please keep your gift card code safe and treat it like cash. Any bonus code or credit that comes with a gift card purchase is separate from the gift card, is not added to its balance, and has its own terms and end date.
